Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have finally unveiled their long-awaited new jersey for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024). The jersey was launched at the RCB Unbox event on Tuesday at the Chinnaswamy Stadium.
The new attire will be a combination of blue and red instead of the team’s traditional red and black shirts. It’s not the first time that RCB’s threads will feature the blue colour. From 2011 to 2014, they have singular, thick blue stripes running on the jersey. In 2015, they have blue-coloured sleeves.
Apart from their jersey reveal, RCB have also announced that they will feature under their new name – Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the IPL 2024.
RCB will play their first game against reigning champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on March 22 at Ma Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
