Bengaluru FC on Monday confirmed the departure of Kristian Opseth, Fran Gonzalez and Xisco Hernandez after the team failed to qualify for the playoffs of the seventh season of the Indian Super League (ISL 202-21).

Norwegian striker Kristian Opseth, the club’s first-choice striker failed to score in his 15 appearances in the season. As per reports, the 31-year-old player has signed for Norwegian side Sarpsborg 08 FF.
Spanish centre back Fran González was a second-choice was a second-choice for the club and only got his chances after Juanan’s injury but failed to perform.
Both Kristian Opseth and Fran González were signed as replacements for Albert Serran and Raphael Augusto on the final day of the ISL 2020-21 transfer window.
Xisco Hernández joined the club from Odisha FC during the January transfer window and struggled to have an impact in his six appearances.
