India takes on West Indies in the second and last Test of India Tour of West Indies 2019 at Sabina Park, Kingston, Jamaica on 30 August. After winning the toss Wes Indies skipper, Jason Holder invited India to bat first. India are 265/5 at the stumps of Day 1.
It was a good start for West Indies, two early wickets of KL Rahul and Cheteshwar Pujara; India were 46/2. Mayank Agarwal and Virat Kohli had 70 runs partnership, Mayank Agarwal scored his third test fifty. In lost wickets at regular intervals. At the stumps of day 1, India were 264/5, Hanuma Vihari and Rishabh Pant at crease playing at 42 and 27 respectively.
Apart from Shannon Gabriel, all the West Windies bowlers were consistent with their line and length. Jason Holder took 3 wickets including openers and Virat Kohli. Kemar Roach and Rahkeem Cornwall took 1-1 wicket each.
